These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by Aucterra (Private) Limited ("Aucterra", "we", "us"), including aucterra.com and the Aucterra Intelligent Suite at ais.aucterra.com (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable service-specific agreements.

Certain Services are offered under paid plans. Fees, quotas and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase or in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for business, legal or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aucterra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
